Pain Management Physician

Job Summary: Our healthcare organization is currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate pain management physician to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and managing pain and related symptoms in our patients.
Qualifications: • Medical degree from an accredited institution • Board certification in Pain Medicine and/or Anesthesiology; eligibility to hold medical licensure in the state of practice • Current BLS/ACLS certification • Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and development in the field of pain management and related therapies • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, patients, and families from diverse backgrounds Responsibilities: • Conduct thorough patient assessment and develop customized treatment plans that effectively manage pain and promote improved quality of life • Perform a variety of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, including joint injections, nerve blocks, and other minimally invasive interventions • Collaborate with colleagues across disciplines to ensure comprehensive pain management for patients with complex needs • Document patient care and treatment plans in electronic medical records systems in a timely and accurate manner • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to pain management in our organization.
