We are looking for individuals with General Manager experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant.

We’re Looking for Restaurant General Managers that have the following:
Outgoing personalities and Friendly attitudes
Passionate about food
The ability to work well with others and lead a team
An overwhelming desire to go above and beyond to provide a great experience to every guest by training and enforcing our core values
Two or more years of Management experience
Things you can expect to do while working as General Restaurant Manager
Training, reviewing, and evaluating all Team Members
Lead by example with a high sense of urgency
Ensure a clean and organized restaurant
Be able to multi-task & while having a good time
Make sure staff follow build guides for building every item on our menu.
Foster a friendly family environment
Be a team player & show efficient communication skills
Become an expert at cashiering, menu knowledge, and kitchen procedures
Cross-train and be able to work and oversee all kitchen stations & positions, prep, Fryer, Salads, Grill, Building, Expo.
Daily paperwork is easy.
We care more about actual restaurant operations.
Enforce timely productivity & teamwork
Make sure the restaurant hits financial objectives (Productivity/ Labor & COG's)
Must be able to lift 25lbs and be on your feet for extended periods of time
Required Skills:
Ability to delegate to team members
Displays high functioning organizational skills
Enforce rest & meal breaks by planning properly with staff
Proactive, punctual, and a great communication skill
Must be able to lift 50lbs and be on your feet for extended periods of time
Ability to engage with guests
Resourceful critical thinking skills
Schedule:
Five days a week, including weekends 10 AM- 8 PM (50 hrs a week)
