Job Description:
As a Logistics Manager, you will be a vital contributor to the optimization of our supply chain, inventory management, data analysis, and invoicing processes within an office setting.
Your daily responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks aimed at ensuring the efficient flow of products through our organization, with a strong emphasis on utilizing Microsoft Excel for data analysis and managing invoicing tasks.

Logistics and Inventory Management:

Packing Lists Collection, Curation, and Reconciliation: Diligently collect, curate, and reconcile packing lists from various sources to ensure shipment accuracy.

Logistics Strategy: Execute our logistics strategy, continuously benchmark pricing, and liaise with logistics partners to maintain competitiveness.
3.
Vendor Management: Cultivate and manage relationships with third-party logistics vendors to optimize our supply chain.
4.
Inventory Oversight: Regularly monitor inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and adjust minimum and maximum thresholds to maintain optimal stock levels.
Data Management and Reporting:

Excel Expertise: Leverage Microsoft Excel to efficiently manage, manipulate, and analyze data for various aspects of logistics, inventory, and financial management.

Custom Reports: Create custom, complex reports on demand using Excel, providing valuable insights to support data-driven decision-making within the organization.
Invoicing and Financial Management:

Invoicing Reconciliation: Scrutinize and reconcile packing slips, bills of lading, and proforma invoices to ensure the accuracy of invoicing processes.

Client Invoicing: Prepare and send final invoices to clients, ensuring all relevant entities are included in the contact list.
Monitor the entire invoicing cycle.

Aging Analysis: Regularly review aging reports to track outstanding invoices and collaborate with clients to facilitate prompt payments.

Credit Limits and Terms: Manage credit limits and payment terms for clients, coordinating closely with the Asia team to facilitate the approval process.
11.
Payment History Reconciliation: Maintain accurate financial records by reconciling payment history records across all divisions.
General Office Responsibilities:

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the office to streamline processes and ensure efficient supply chain and financial operations.
