Temporary Project Coordinator

Overview: Dole Packaged Foods is a purpose-led health and wellness organization that “champions a more equitable world.

We are seeking a Temporary Project Coordinator to oversee and manage the smooth transition of our office relocation project.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and ensure various aspects of the move and new office location set up.
This is a temporary position with a defined duration to support the relocation / new office project.
This role is expected to be based and work on-site at our Westlake Village, CA office.
Responsibilities: Assist with development of a project plan outlining tasks, timelines and milestones.
Coordinate and follow up with relevant stakeholders including department heads, facilities, vendors, and IT support to ensure alignment, examples include, but are not limited to: Coordinate with Facilities and Purchasing to ensure set up of all new vendors for new office space.
Coordinate with Department Heads to ensure teams are following packing and shredding protocols.
Coordinate with HR to ensure all paperwork is received to issue employee badges/fobs.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Experience, Knowledge & Skills You Bring: Experience in project management or coordination (preferably in office setup/relocation or facilities management).
Excellent organization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; persistent.
Proficiency with Excel and Outlook.

Must be self-motivated.
Education & Certification: HS diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred.
Physical Requirements: Ability to sit and use a computer for extended periods of time; ability to answer phones, and utilize a variety of office equipment.
Ability to lift a minimum of 15 lbs.

Travel Requirements: Some local travel is to be expected.

FOR JOBS BASED IN CALIFORNIA: Hiring Pay Scale: $35 - $45 per hour Dole Packaged Foods is committed to paying our Associates fairly and equitably.
The pay rate offered will consider a wide range of factors, including but not limited to experience, education, accomplishments, and location.
Pay scales are subject to review on a regular basis and will be updated as appropriate.
