Lost my wallet (Thousand Oaks)

I may have dropped it outside of my van.
Two men drove up to the van and spoke no English.
They were trying to tell me something, but I didn’t understand.
They kept pointing toward the building behind me and then they pointed at their own wallet.
Then about an hour later I noticed that my wallet was missing.
If you have seen it or found it, please return it.
The money inside is all that I have.
The wallet has a note to me from my father who has passed away.
It still smelled like him and was very important to me.
Please, keep the money, but return my ID and Social security card and note from my dad.
