Pre-Litigation Case Manager

Ellis Bakh Law Group, LLP is a personal injury litigation firm looking for an experienced personal injury case manager to manage the firm's separate pre-litigation department.
The job will require candidate to handle a case from intake to settlement in pre-litigation.
Must have experience with: Intake process / Case screening and evaluation Personal injury pre-litigation claim process from A-Z Property dame claim process Demand writing Medical record review, collection and liens General understanding of injuries and causation Communicating with insurance companies Candidate will have a pre-litigation team to assist them.
Position will include a competitive salary based on experience.
Must have a minimum of 2 year personal injury case management experience.
