Hello, I am a life and health coach offering coaching to both adults and teens, in-person and remotely on Zoom.
I work with clients who want to improve the way they live, from making changes in diet, exercise and health to creating and setting goals in order to live the life you've dreamed of come true.
With my teen clients, I help them create structure, build study habits, uncover interests and manage relationships and life changes.
