I need transportation (Newbury Park)

I presently am homeless in thousand oaks we resently found out someone embezzled all the government grant so now we will have no housing so I'm begging if anyone has a car sitting around collecting dust I could really use it a way to get around to jobs and eveything else.
I know if I could get transportation I could get off the streets please anyone can you please help
