Its located in an industrial area of Canoga Park and can be a discrete place for an event to take place or as a creative space/studio for content creators.
I have security cameras around both front and back entries/exits as well as a large roll up gate easy access for any preparation/equipment move in/setup.
I also have furniture that can be placed in for decor.

Just throwing it out there I am very open to any ideas for the space.
(space does not need to be office oriented, it can be used to host small private pop up events such as paint and sip, movie hosting, large meeting/education space, workshop class, photo studio, private meetings, travel office).
