Seeking location for short film production (SFV)

Seeking location for short film.
Will provide producer credit in exchange.
Looking for an empty room.
(If you have one with no windows, that's a bonus.
) Should be no smaller than a two car garage.
Must be allowed to dress it up for film (minimal, and will correct upon exit).
Must be quiet for filming.
Should have electricity available.
Should have cast and crew parking available.
There will be 3 actors for majority of shoot.
One scene will have a few more.
Crew is 2-3 people.
Will likely run 2 days or less.
