We are looking for fabulous Substitute Teachers to join our Guidepost Montessori community and help support our schools in the Santa Clarita, California area!
We're always looking to add flexible substitute guides to our on-call list.
Are you interested in working as a Substitute Teacher at Guidepost Montessori? This position will support multiple mixed-age Montessori classrooms.
No formal Montessori training is needed to apply.
We will provide training as part of your orientation and on-boarding.
This is an on-call position where we will reach out to you as-needed to provide coverage when full-time teachers are out sick or on vacation.
Pay range is $16-19/hr
The Substitute Teacher role is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door at Guidepost Montessori.
Many of our substitutes ultimately transition into full-time Assistant Teachers with us when new openings become available.

Guidepost Montessori is dedicated to providing an authentic, high-quality Montessori learning experience for the children in our care.
We serve infants through lower elementary and hope one day to expand into upper elementary and middle school.
Minimum Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal skills
Experience working with young children ages 0-6
12 ECE units
