Pre-K 1:1 Aide Teacher (Part-time)

*Responsibilities:* * Provide 1:1 in classroom support for a child age 4.
* Provide a safe and nurturing environment for kid to learn and grow.
* Teach basic literacy and numeracy skills through engaging activities.
* Foster social and emotional development through positive interactions.
* Manage kid's classroom behavior and encourage positive behavior management techniques.
* Collaborate with parents and guardians to support child's individual needs.
* Supervise kid during indoor and outdoor playtime activities.
* Weekly/Monthly written reports to evaluate child progress.
*Requirements:* * Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred.
* RBT Certificate and/or related field experience preferred.
* Experience working with preschool-aged children, preferably in a daycare or educational setting.
* Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
* Ability to create engaging lesson plans that promote learning and development.
* Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young children.
* Familiarity with behavior management techniques and strategies for working with students with autism or special needs.
* Must pass criminal background check.
