- Conduct assessments to identify clients' health goals and develop personalized care plans.
- Monitor clients' progress and provide ongoing support and guidance throughout their health journey.
- Goal is to motivate clients to work with a Personal Trainer to help reach goals.
```Experience``` - Previous experience in health coaching or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of personal training principles is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with motivational interviewing techniques and weight loss strategies is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively educate and motivate clients.
