_High School Football Coach _
*Offensive and Defensive Line Football Coach*
I.
Responsible for assisting with the development and maintenance of an effective and competitive High School Valley Mission Conference Football program.
The position is responsible for developing a sound playbook and offensive & defensive strategy, monitor assistant coaches, and coach a position group/s.
II.
Assist with providing a framework for student-athletes to perform to their potential by teaching and developing skill levels and game strategies for all team members during practice sessions in preparation for competition, utilizing proper judgement in the instruction and expectations while also operating with the highest possible safety standards observed.
III.
Policies and procedures, academic support for assigned position players, and other duties as assigned.
Candidates must have strong interpersonal and organizational communications as well as demonstrated skill with technologies such as Hudl and Quicktime video editing.
IV.
Develops game strategies/plans (e.
g.
analyzes opponent strengths and weaknesses, analyzing athlete abilities, creating plays/strategies, etc.
) for the purpose of preparing the team and individual student athletes for competition.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong background in sports coaching and teaching
- Lifeguard certification is a plus
- Experience in karate, swimming, martial arts, childcare, physical education, basketball, cheerleading, climbing, judo, or related fields
- Demonstrated experience working with students

Pay: Up to $4,000.
