Customer Delivery Specialist

*Job Overview:* We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Delivery Specialist to join our team.
As a Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods to our customers.

*Responsibilities:* - Safely operate delivery vehicles, including vans, box trucks, and vehicles with manual transmissions - Load and unload goods from the vehicle - Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries - Provide exceptional customer service by delivering goods in a professional and friendly manner - Communicate with customers to confirm delivery details and address any concerns or questions - Perform basic maintenance checks on delivery vehicles - Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving - Assist in the warehouse with organizing and preparing deliveries as needed *Requirements:* - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - Previous experience in route driving or delivery preferred - Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks such as moving boxes - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor - Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time - Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
