Driver/Shopping Cart Recovery Agent

Kept Companies is the nation?s largest cleaning and pressure washing company with over 100 locations.
We have an immediate need for a skilled Full-Time Driver/Shopping Cart Recovery Agent to join our team and undertake a variety of tasks including collection and repair of abandoned shopping carts.
Responsibilities Collect and return abandoned shopping carts.
Perform general repairs on equipment and property.
Troubleshoot problems and make recommendations for repairs or other solutions.
Maintain tools, equipment, and supplies in good condition.
Adhere to all safety regulations, policies, procedures, and procedures manual.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Valid Driver?s License with an acceptable driving record (must pass drug test) Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and general equipment.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Ability to work as a team player.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Strong organization skills with a proven track record in keeping the store clean and presentable for every customer visit Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Must pass background check.
High school diploma or equivalent GED required.
Responsibilities: - Conduct outbound calls to customers for debt recovery purposes - Analyze customer accounts and payment history to determine appropriate recovery strategies - Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements with customers - Document all communication and actions taken in the recovery process - Provide excellent customer service while adhering to company policies and procedures Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
