*Job Description *
The *Yard Associate/Parts Runner* is responsible for general warehouse maintenance and housekeeping, parts delivery to job sites, and cleaning of our construction work yard and office space.
*Responsibilities*
* Run parts from warehouse or local vendor to job site
* Place daily parts orders; stock and post incoming orders.
* Stocking and general warehouse duties, forklift usage to on/off load equipment as needed
* Ability to do cycle counting and pull orders, manage inventory stock
* Maintain shop/building maintenance
* Keeping work areas clean and tidy
* Physical ability to lift/pull 50 lbs or more
* Other duties as assigned
*Qualifications*
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Valid CA Driver’s License with clean driving record
* Previous experience as a parts clerk or stockperson a plus
* Small tool repair experience a plus
* Familiarity working with and around heavy equipment
* Ability to work in a team or independently
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Basic computer skills
