Responsibilities
• Highly organized and efficient administrative support to perform the day-to-day operations of our office along with other team members.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective support.
• Handle confidential information and communicate effectively with internal management.
• Act as a point of contact for the office and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
• Provide general administrative support, including managing email, calendar, organizing files, documents, mail, letters, and packages.
• Support bookkeeping.
Accounts payable and employee payroll procedures.
• Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
• Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Qualifications
• The ideal candidate will have experience managing office operations and will be able to anticipate the needs of the team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Strong organizational skills
• QuickBooks knowledge (not required) will train.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and other relevant software
• Have excellent grammar and communication skills.
