Customer Service / Admin (Van Nuys, CA)

We are a distributor of flooring products, and we are seeking for an experienced individual to interact with our customers by phone, email or in person, to handle their orders and related transactions.
The candidate must be: 1- Fluent in English 2- Have good verbal and written communication skills 3- Familiar with using Microsoft Outlook, Excel and word 4- Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus 5- Must be detail oriented 6- Must be organized The work hours are from 9 to 5; Monday thru Friday.
