RX EXPRESS, a leading healthcare distribution company, is dedicated to ensuring timely and accurate delivery in the Greater Los Angeles area.
We are now expanding our services to include direct sales and marketing of our pharmaceutical products and are seeking dedicated individuals to join our dynamic team.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales representative to join our sales team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, introducing our products or services, and persuading them to make a purchase.
The sales representative will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and promote our products or services.
Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of the company’s products or services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential customers.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and ensure a smooth handover to the sales team for further engagement.
Sales Pitch: Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches to capture the interest of potential customers and address their needs.
Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the overall success of the sales team and the company.
CRM Management: Record and update customer information accurately in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Feedback Loop: Provide valuable feedback to the sales and marketing teams based on customer interactions to enhance product offerings and marketing strategies.
