Position title: Client Relationship Manager
Position Description:
Step into an instrumental role helping to support a growing and dynamic private wealth advisory practice of Ameriprise Financial focused on guiding individuals through life transitions with a specialization in divorce financial planning.
This role provides client relationship support through interacting directly with clients to ensure a unique client experience that defines and differentiates the practice.
The client service associate serves as the liaison between the team, our clients, and other professionals with whom we interact.
Primary duties include greeting clients, answering incoming calls, scheduling meetings, maintaining client files and records, managing the practice calendar, working with vendors to ensure the overall appearance of the office, coordinating gifts and touch points such as greeting cards, and handling incoming mail and deposits.
Responds to ad hoc requests, coordinates/tracks projects and/or manages business-as-usual projects such as organizing the logistics of a client seminar.
Responsibilities and Time Allocation – Will change over time to meet the needs of the practice and can include other duties as assigned by the advisor.
Position Functions:

* Prepare documentation for client signature and follow-up for completion
* Schedule client appointments and conduct reminder calls
* Answer incoming phone calls, and direct requests to appropriate team members
* Work with vendors to maintain overall appearance and functionality of office
* Perform other allowable duties as assigned by the financial advisor(s)

* Greet clients upon arrival and extend hospitality to clients
* Set up and maintain client management system
* Coordinate client referral gifts and special occasion recognition items
* Maintain client documents in electronic storage system
* Document client contact/calls in CRM system

Education and Other Designations:
* High school degree or higher
