Responsibilities for Entry Level Customer Relations Representative include:
* Act as the intermediary between our clients and their customers with the goal of enrolling new customers into long term service agreements
* Demonstrating strong communication skills by actively listening, understanding customer needs, and identifying appropriate actions.
* Providing exceptional customer care in a fast-paced environment, offering support to families and community members.
* Handling escalated customer issues professionally and promptly.
* Cultivating and maintaining positive working relationships with clients, consumers, and fellow team members.
* Collaborating efficiently with team members to boost awareness.
* Establishing positive and supportive relationships within the community and providing feedback to senior management.
* Being responsible for reporting and tracking all activities to management and communicating all marketing requirements through company-provided forms.
Requirements for Customer Relations Representative include:
* 0-3 years of experience in a customer service, sales , retail or hospitality based role preferred but not required .
* A high school diploma and/or GED are mandatory.
* A dedication to meeting or surpassing expectations.
* A determined mentality with a drive for success and a desire to establish a long-term career.
* Demonstrating professionalism, reliability, and compassion consistently.
