What Your Day Looks Like
Providing first-rate service to customers via telephone, fax, and email
Entering customer orders into the computer system
Answering customers’ questions
Processing returns
Handling special customer service projects
What We’re Looking For
At least two years of inbound and outbound customer care experience in a high-volume call center environment
Excellent communication skills
Customer-centric mindset
10-key by touch
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Office, and Excel
Minimum 45 words-per-minute
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
