*Position Overview*
This position will work across all the business units within the company.
The role of Customer Service Representative is to serve as the front-line communication between our lab and the dental office for all administrative questions.
We are looking for energetic, passionate, customer-oriented individuals that are excited about solving problems on the phone and effectively communicating via email.
This position will also be responsible for accurately entering cases into our system and auditing all digital orders that enter our system.
This requires a detail oriented individual as making a mistake at this step will automatically result in a failed case.

*Responsibilities*
· Inbound / outbound phone coverage
· In lab case management, ensuring cases are being delivered on time
· Custom shade & case pick up scheduling
· Accurate Case entry
· Administrative new customer onboarding / account set up
· Transitioning technical calls to the correct business unit managers
· Entering remake data into the system
· Any special projects requested by management
· Any task assigned by the executive team that aligns with the company’s mission
*Qualifications*
· Prior professional experience working in a customer service and/or customer-related role is required

Dental Laboratory experience is a plus.
· Superior communication skills – effective and strong interpersonal skills
· Ability and willingness to learn the processes and procedures that the lab functions by
· Ability to work in a team
· Active and effective listening skills and ability to develop strong customer relationships
· Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask

Pay: $18.
