*CALLING ALL CALL CENTER SALES LEADS, WE NEED YOU!* This position requires someone good on the phone with lots of drive and enthusiasm! Our call center representatives call out to a database of names we have collected from events and other promotional activities that have requested that we contact them for one of our services and set appointments.
They also take incoming calls from people interested in our products, qualify them, and set an appointment.
A team leader will help do call representative duties and come up with innovative tactics to improve the overall productivity of the call center.
In this position, you start as a call center representative and work your way to the managerial role after a positive track record.

*Required Skills:*
Lead a team of call center representatives.
\*B2C Sales
\*Provide innovative ideas to improve overall productivity levels of call center
\*Improve call script and implement beneficial tactics that improve sales calls
\*Highly motivated, focused, flexible, and able to multi-task
\*High ability to communicate professionally and confidently
\*Organized and dedicated to meeting daily deadlines and targets
\*Excellent listening skills, understanding customers concerns, and overcoming objections
\*ACCURATE data entry skills -- (minimum 60wpm)
\*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
\*Proficient in using PC, Word, Excel, Outlook, and databases
\*2 years of call center sales experience a minimum
\*High School Diploma or higher
\*Able to work independently
\*Ability to make 100+ outbound calls a day
\*Dependable with reliable transportation
*Pay Range:* $23 - $25 per hour base, Commission $100 - $275 per week.
*Schedule:* Monday: Friday 9 AM – 6 PM, Saturdays as needed
