Our Hospital is seeking a capable Client Service Representative to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working directly with patients and clients in a fast-pace setting and interacting with the management staff to develop new protocols and help improve work flow.
A successful candidate will need to be passionate about helping patients and their people, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
*To Be Considered:*
* Previous veterinary receptionist experience preferred but not required.
* Be organized and on time.
* Always be driven to improve.
* Communicate and collaborate in a cohesive team environment.
* Able to function within a busy, stressful work environment in a mature, professional manner.
* Love people as much as animals.
*Responsibilities:*
* Prompt and friendly greeting of clients
* Answering phones, taking messages, and completing all follow-up calls.
* Taking pharmacy requests and filling certain medications.
* Check patients in and processing payments.
* Full working knowledge of ezyVet.
* Scheduling appointments.
* Entering new client/patient information into ezyVet.
* Maintain excellent time management skills.
* Provide timely client communication and education regarding various pet services.
* Other duties as assigned.
