Front Desk Administrator / Junior Collision Estimator

Autoworld Collision Center is looking for a Front Desk Administrator/ Junior Estimator.
This role is perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in the collision industry and estimating.
Responsibilities: -Greet all incoming customers.
- Answer all incoming phone calls and emails.
-Reach out to customers to schedule estimates and repairs.
-Follow up with insurance companies for payment.
-Filing invoices and customer files.
Assist with: - Assess and estimate the cost of repairs for damaged vehicles in the body shop - Collaborate with customers and insurance adjusters to explain repair estimates and answer any questions - Create detailed repair plans and communicate them to the technicians - Ensure all necessary parts and materials are ordered for repairs - Monitor the progress of repairs and provide updates to customers as needed - Maintain accurate records of all repair estimates, invoices, and customer interactions - Provide exceptional customer service throughout the repair process Qualifications: - Strong customer service skills and phone etiquette - Previous experience as a Body Shop Estimator or in a similar role - Strong knowledge of auto body repair techniques and processes - Proficient in using estimating software and tools - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
