ORDER ENTRY/CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT

*SUMMARY:* This position is primarily responsible for providing order processing and customer care support to a wholesale restaurant supply and Equipment company specializing in the frozen dessert industry.
This position requires knowledge of QuickBooks, Excel and other pertinent computer skills.
Experience with inventory reconciliation and ecommerce solutions like Big Commerce or Shopify a plus.
Candidates must be highly organized with excellent communication skills as they will be corresponding with many of our wholesale customers and distributors.
*ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:* * Assist Order Process/Fulfillment in an efficient manner.
* Help provide the highest quality of customer service.
* Organize and Process returns – distribution and inspection.
* Data Entry – Some knowledge of QuickBooks required.
* Fulfillment management with multiple distribution centers * Assist in various administrative and warehouse projects as they arise.
* Complete all other related tasks.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.
