Ambassador
Role Summary
We are looking for Ambassadors to join our team.
As an Ambassador, you will assist customers with their digital experience using our application by providing an outstanding and personalized customer service experience.
The ideal candidate can interact with new customers while remembering returning guests and making the customer feel welcomed and valued.
Key Results Area
Assist guests with managing their accounts
Navigate between multiple and concurrent computer applications, including phone, chat, and email
Provide customer service when problems arise and help to find solutions
Adaptability to the fluctuating needs of the business
Assist customers by always providing exceptional customer service
Complete all training as assigned by management
Manage conflict resolution and make decisions through a delicate balance of integrity and partner resourcing
Scan QR codes to complete Activities- Follow QR code activities- hardware/ software updates when needed
Perform audit activities when requested by the client
Cart Maintenance: clean, retrieve and re-dock carts to the charging station daily
Gather qualitative customer feedback while promoting the cart
Proactively provide customer assistance while using the cart (any assistance needed or required) - this includes the payment functions, additional items that need scanning, and removal of items from the cart
Additional duties as needed
Skills & Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Sound judgment and decision-making
Computer proficiency within a Microsoft Windows environment, specifically Microsoft Office
Prior customer service experience is required
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
