*Job Description:*
The E-commerce Support and Returns Coordinator is a pivotal role within our organization, primarily focused on ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and handling of returns.
This position is based in our warehouse, where you will also support our warehouse associate with shipping tasks, including the creation of shipping labels, to ensure our products reach our customers efficiently and accurately.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* *Customer Service Management:* Handle all online customer service issues, including inquiries regarding orders, returns, RMA tickets, refunds, and replacements with professionalism and efficiency.
* *Shipping and Label Creation:* Assist in the shipping process by helping our warehouse associate with the creation of shipping labels and ensuring orders are packed and shipped according to our standards.
* *Returns and Claims Processing:* Process returns, manage shipping claims, and work diligently to resolve dispute claims, aiming to increase customer satisfaction.
* *Inventory Support:* Participate in receiving and restocking returned inventory, maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse environment.
* *Documentation and Investigation:* Gather necessary information and documentation to investigate customer claims, ensuring a thorough and fair resolution.
*Requirements:*
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* A minimum of 2 years of previous work experience, preferably in a warehouse or e-commerce setting.
* Proficient in using inventory management systems and e-commerce platforms.
* Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Must be organized, responsible, professional, and reliable.
* Proactive, with a strong sense of urgency and ownership of tasks.
