Call Center Representative
Duties:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information about products and services to customers
- Resolve customer complaints or issues by investigating problems and finding appropriate solutions
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Maintain customer databases by entering information accurately
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Proficient in phone etiquette and handling high call volumes
- Fluent in English; multilingual abilities are a plus, especially in Spanish
- Familiarity with medical terminology is preferred
- Previous experience in a medical office or call center is a bonus
