De Rigo REM, a leader in the design and distribution of fashion eyewear, located in the Northeast San Fernando Valley, is seeking a Customer Service Representative Level III.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about details and excellent at both verbal and written communication.
As a Customer Service Representative (Level III), you will play a pivotal role in providing exemplary customer support through inbound and outbound calls.
Your primary responsibility will be to address complex customer inquiries, resolve escalated issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
You will serve as a knowledgeable resource, providing guidance to lower-level representatives and collaborating with other departments to deliver comprehensive solutions.
*Job Description:*
* Create sales orders received by phone, email, and fax.
· Strong communication skills to answer customers inquiries clearly.
· Process online orders received through our customer facing and internal Rep portals.
* Inventory: understand stock screen; quantity allocated, back-orders, knowing delivery date of expected product.
* Back-orders: expected back-order date; back-order list; back-order release; and invoicing, picking, and shipping of backorders.
* Track packages and perform various tasks associated with the transit of our product.
* Respond to customers via phone and email.
* Issue return authorizations to customers.
* Work on projects as assigned by Management.
· Ability to use positive language.
*Qualifications & Skills*
* 2 to 3 years’ customer service call center experience
* Exceptional communication skills, prioritizing active listening and empathy.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
* Commitment to providing outstanding customer service and a passion for helping others.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
* Professional business demeanor
* Quick & accurate data entry
* Proficiency at MS Word/Excel
* Sales support experience
* SAP experience a plus

50 depending on experience.
