Customer Service Internal Support

Customer Service Maintenance and Support De Rigo REM, a leader in the design and distribution of fashion eyewear, located in the Northeast San Fernando Valley, is seeking a Customer Service Maintenance and Support rep.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about details and excellent at both verbal and written communication.
This position will require you assist with the upkeep of customer database, creating new customer cards for new applicants, troubleshoot errors on SAP and other software.
Position Accountabilities * Process daily Customer card change requests * Maintain the customer database aligned with current promotions or special programs * Process New Account Requests which involves: creating new customer cards for new applicant; collaborate and coordinate with other departments to ensure the new account completion * Attend Billing Group requests, such as: Billing corrections, Process Credits, Rebills, Rebates and other documents, Discount review and Discount changes, Group alignment (Group link and rebate link) * Create reports using data exported from SAP and other sources.
* Upload invoices and other documents to 3rd party web-portals * Performs other related duties as assigned by the CMS Management Qualifications and Education Requirements including Licenses /Certification / Credentials * A minimum of 1 year of proven experience in a customer service position.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software * Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.

Working extended hours when requested/required for seasonal and month-end close.
