10/Hour As a key member of the Client's Identity Governance team, the Senior Identity and Access Management Engineer is responsible for ensuring our Identity Management environment functions at peak efficiency.
The position will be a team player working to expand the integration of our identity management solutions with our enterprise applications, support day-to-day administration, reporting, troubleshooting, and operations of our Identity Management environment.
In addition to having strong technical skills, you must be comfortable in effectively communicating with business end users, technical IT teams, business partners, network providers, and business process outsourced vendors, all while being sensitive to a wide diversity of cultural and technical backgrounds in a global business environment.
Job Functions: Build integrations between the Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud Platform and other enterprise systems including the following primary duties: Onboarding of applications in Saviynt.
Must know different integration patterns such as AD, Delimited, JDBC, Web Services/API, and LDAP.
Implement role-based access control (RBAC) and segregation of duties ((SoD) for onboarded applications in Saviynt.
Implement changes related to enhancements and fixing issues.
Work as part of an engineering and development team.
Must be able to occasionally work outside of normal business hours to accommodate different time zones for a global organization.
Work with application and ServiceNow teams to define requirements.
Assist in creation of documentation related to integrations and workflows.
Provides subject matter expertise in the design, development, testing, implementation, and integration of Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems and solutions.
Utilize best practices to ensure that solutions protect information resources against unauthorized use, inappropriate degrees of access, disclosure, damage and/or loss.
Troubleshoots and manages the resolution of issues related identities, systems, access, accounts, authentication, authorization, entitlements, and permissions.
Troubleshoots, supports, and resolves system incidents, problems, and changes, as required.
Work to ensure audit tasks related to Identity Management are completed on time, with participation of appropriate parties.
Utilize industry best practices for appropriate standards, processes, procedures, tools, and documentation.
Ensure the maintenance, patching, operating, and monitoring of IAM systems is in place and completed.
Essential: Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud Platform development experience Must know different integration patterns such as AD, Delimited, JDBC, Web Services/API, and LDAP for onboarding of applications into Saviynt ServiceNow knowledge – understands integration and workflow with Saviynt Knowledge on how to troubleshoot in Saviynt Knowledge on role-based access control (RBAC), segregation of duties (SoD) (this is for audit purposes).
Be able to define roles.
IAM Solutions Experience Must be familiar with IT Service Management concepts including ITIL, SLAs, and Change Control Solid technical skills in the Identity Management space, including Active Directory Minimum of five years directly related experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) A strong ability for troubleshooting and problem analysis is required, along with the ability to clearly communicate the results of problem analysis to business stakeholders and IT support teams to quickly and effectively resolve operational issues.
Experience troubleshooting, managing, and solving issues related to identities, systems, access, accounts, authentication, authorization, entitlements, and permissions.
Must understand and have hands on experience with Active Directory operation and including Active Directory Infrastructure components such as FSMO roles, OU structure, and attribute management.
Must have Azure and AzureAD management experience.
Adept at scripting, regular expressions, policy management, etc.
Additional experience in one or more scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or JSON is a plus.
Customer service driven/focused with a proactive and positive can-do approach.
Demonstrates commitment to organization's policy framework and practices continuous improvement.
Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Solid written, oral, and interpersonal communications skills Desirable: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or closely related field or comparable education and experience.
Experience configuring and managing IT systems with technologies such as Java, JavaScript, XML, SOAP, JSON/REST, SQL, RDBMS, Linux, Windows, and databases IT Certifications including MCSE Certification specialization in Identity Management, Certified Access Management Specialist (CAMS), and ITIL Foundations certifications desired International experience beneficial; multiple language skills a plus
