Hiring someone to set up power and networking for LAN party (San Fernando Valley area)

A group of my friends want to have a LAN party in a rented venue or one of our houses in June in the San Fernando Valley area.
We don’t have an extra router or switch laying around, don’t have a bunch of cat6 cables, and would need to learn how to set everything up for the first time.
So… We need someone who has the power and networking equipment, and technical skills, to set up a LAN party for up to 12 people using desktop high end PCs and Xbox’s.
Then you come back the next day to break it down and take your equipment back.
IMPORTANT: we do not have the equipment, just the gaming rigs and one power strip and short Ethernet cable each.
We can sign a contract for reimbursement if any equipment got lost, damaged, etc.

We’re a group of respectable guys who are decently tech-savvy.
