Appliance Retail Sales Location: Orange, CA Job Type: Part-time or Full-time Hours: 25+ hrs/week Pay: $18 + Commission Pay *MUST be available to work weekends 10am - 4pm.
Job Summary: Sell Brad New and Open Box Merchandise Description: Looking for a retail Sales Associate to be responsible for all sales job duties, from generating leads to closing sales.
Sales Associate duties and responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right solutions.
You should be able to promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction.
Responsibilities: Greets customer on sales floor and determines make, type, and quality of merchandise customer is seeking.
Helps drive a positive customer experience by building relationships, exhibiting empathy, and providing solutions to their needs.
Processes sales transactions.
Applies a high level of product knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning to enable an excellent customer shopping experience.
Engages with customers for consultations whether it be in-store, over the phone.
Receives payment or obtains credit authorization.
Assists with customer pick-ups at showroom and warehouse.
