Cannabis Sales Account Executive
ABOUT US:
We specialize in premium high-end cannabis products, vape pens with diamonds, live resin, pre-rolls, and much more.
Through organic growth we've expanded and gained market share through proven sales and marketing strategies, and looking for a highly motivated Cannabis Sales Representative to join our fast growing team.
YOUR ROLE:
The Cannabis Sale Representative is to support the Sales Director in executing sales activations across the SoCal area.
This position is responsible for generating sales and activating new accounts with our products through bulk distributors and retail accounts.
RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Present clear knowledge of all bulk and retail company products to clientele
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships with purchasers
- Identify target prospects and attract new relationships with purchasers through various avenues (cold calling, email blasts, social media, in-person outreach, etc)
- Update and maintain all company product menus with accuracy and efficiency
- Meet or exceed monthly revenue goals and KPIs set by management
- Schedule sales meetings (virtual and in-person) with major manufacturers, distributors, and brands for sale of bulk product
Track purchasing needs of all vendors and accurately and effectively communicate inventory needs to management
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior BULK CANNABIS SALES experience in the cannabis industry REQUIRED (ideally vape sales)
- Minimum 2 years experience in CANNABIS sales required
- In-depth understanding of cannabis including but not limited to: strains/grades, quality control, harvest methods, concentrates, and retail products required
- Proficiency with Google Suite (Drive, Sheets, Docs), and ability to learn other programs (CRM Software, METRC, etc.
)
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record and existing book of clientele
Pay BOE: Base + Commission
$36,000.
00 - $150,000.
