We are a small but thriving pest control business servicing Valencia/Santa Clarita Valley, San Fernando Valley, and Northern Los Angeles area and are looking to add another technician asap.
Preferably a trainee but experienced technicians are welcome also.
We are a Branch 2 general pest control business that takes care of general bugs like ants, spiders, cockroaches, other general bugs and rats/mice.
You will enjoy the small business low key feel working with us.
We don't bother our techs with useless production meetings, and pressure to up-sell to customers.
We don't load our technicians schedules up with a unreasonable amount of jobs daily like the larger national businesses do.
If you are punctual, the outgoing type, like being on the road and meeting new people you will love this job!
Pay/Hours
-$3300 monthly salary, plus small bonus based on route production
-Full time Tuesday through Saturday, working roughly 35-40 hours per week.
Saturday schedule typically light.
Day off during M-F is flexible with us, but must work Saturday.
Most mornings start between 8-9a and last service ends between 4-5p, a 7a start may be needed for certain customers once or twice a month but your schedule would wrap up earlier that day

-Birthdays, 5 paid sick days, 10 days vacation, and we take all major holidays off
-You will get to take company vehicle home with you
-You will receive a company smart phone to process invoices and payments
-All licensing/testing paid for

-You will receive company card for gas, work shoes, and other work related items
Job requirements
-A successful technician will be punctual, likable, outgoing, and have a neat appearance
-Must live in San Fernando Valley, or Northern Los Angeles area
-Must be a legal US citizen
-Must have a good driving record
-Must pass a background check with live-scan finger printing to be approved for applicators license with the structural pest control board
-Be able to pass a short 100 question test with the structural pest control board roughly a month after hire.
It is fairly easy.
All study material will be provided
-Must have basic knowledge of smart phone use for processing invoices and mapping your routes
-Must have basic knowledge of how to use tools like screwdrivers/drills for rodent work
-Be physically capable to fit and move in an attic and crawlspace up to a couple times a week
