Our ideal candidate should possess the following skills: * 2 YEARS PRIOR EXPERINCE AS A WATER DAMAGE TECHNICIAN IS REQUIRED * Sales skills: able to assess, quote, sell jobs and negotiate contracts * Customer service: Technician must be able to deliver 5 star customer service, effectively communicate with the customer and insurance adjusters *Communication: MUST possess top notch communication skills * Planning and Problem Solving Skills: Able to effectively plan job schedules and think on your feet * Experience with mitigation for property insurance claims.
