Hi this is about a person known as "Gary" and his phone Id usually reads as ' Felicia'.
He advertises automotive services and body work.
His reference is a body shop listed as "Bob and Sons".
He was asked to fix my bumper.
But all that he did was reattach it with a couple of screws.
I learnt how easy this was the hard way.
He charged me $240!!!!! He had me walk to the bank while the 'work was being completed.
' He did not have so much as an umbrella cover or place to work.
Before I left he was able to pop open the hood, which was stuck before and now was unable to reclose.
I did not ask any work be completed , because there was nothing wrong under the hood.
It was only the latch that became jammed.
So in return for opening a very jammed hood, he promised to help fix it so it would close.
When I came back,
His daughter became infuriated and they argued screaming at each other.
I figured out he had done something very wrong.
The following events happened after leaving.
I began driving in triple digit weather , the AC would not turn on.
The next thing I know the hood shoots up in the air, bending fenders, slams against the windshield.
I had to maneuver the car in heavy traffic to a place to park with the hood flat against the window I was so scared because every move the car made sounded of more cracking from the window.
When I got out of the car I barely noticed how sweaty I was .
Until afterward, there was more than just no Ac .
.
Looking under the hood I saw new cracks had formed where the coolant system was , I saw tubes that had been deliberately cut off.
And the coolant was empty.
I don't know all of what he did but all this damage was definitely not there from the accident.
There was no way to explain it.
But what he said before I left , was freezing enough as a distraction, he put me in a state of complete shock.
It's disturbing to think, how he mentioned BTW.
Try staying clear of the Fwy, keep the AC off for safety ( the radiator bended in my accident), and you know, he said, ASAP try getting a new car ( I'm not halfway through Payments on a 2017).
He said , well , a car is never the same after an accident, you should get rid of this one.
