Hello My name is Ann I am currently looking to find a responsible roommate to share a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with (girl).
I work full time in Thousand Oaks so I am open to Thousand Oaks, Newbury Park or Camarillo.
Hoping to find something ~ $2800/month (+ utilities & WiFi) which will be divided by 2.
Would like to find somewhere safe, in home laundry, pool, gym.
We would both be on the lease so 1 year term most likely.
