THE OPPORTUNITY: This role will play a critical role in maintaining positive relationships with injured workers ensuring that they feel support throughout their recovery process.
You will be responsible for making “caring calls” to our clients' employees who have suffered from an injury on the job.
You will also coordinate the distribution of claim documents to the insurance carriers to ensure timely and accurate processing of claims.
Key Job responsibilities: Make regular “caring calls” to injured workers to ensure their well-being and provide support Coordinate distribution of claim documents to the insurance carrier in a timely and efficient manner Maintain accurate and up to date records of communication and interactions Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all necessary information is collected and communicated effectively What You Bring: Bilingual fluency in Spanish/English 2+ years of administrative experience within a customer service environment Demonstrated computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook The ability to communicate effectively with all levels with in the organization Related workers' comp claims experience is a plus The expected salary range for this position is $25.
00/hour to $30.
00/hour and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
