In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining and configuring our systems, focusing on the Contracting Database, Providers, Vendors, Fee schedules, and Capitation Configuration.
_If you have a passion for claims processing, claims adjudication, and a minimum of 2 years of managed care experience, we want to hear from you.
Knowledge of contract fee schedules, terms and conditions, Ezcap, and healthcare settings is a big plus.
_ If you're familiar with ICD-10, Medicare, and Medi-Cal, that's even better.

*What You'll Be Doing:* * Ensuring data integrity for all system configurations.
* Completing tasks accurately and on time, including audits for data integrity.
* Collaborating with management to enhance processes.
* Maintaining system reliability to support Medical Group networks.
* Building strong relationships with Heritage Provider Network and affiliated Medical Groups.
* Participating in administrative meetings as required.
* Processing a minimum of 60 provider adds daily.
* Generating and distributing daily reports and documents.
* Running batch files through Symkey as scheduled.
*What You Bring to the Table:* * 3-5 years of HMO Claims Adjudication experience (Professional & Institutional).
* 2+ years of managed care experience with knowledge of Industry standard Fee schedules and contract language interpretation.
* Familiarity with EZ-Cap configuration and operation.
* Understanding of healthcare industry processes and system configuration implications.
* Knowledge of ICD-10 is a plus.
* Familiarity with Medicare and Medi-Cal.
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience and/or certification.
* Proficiency in MS Office applications and accurate data entry.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Comfortable working in a remote/hybrid work environment.
