The Clinical Director manages and oversees all aspects of regional operations for ALP with oversight from an Executive Director or VP of Clinical Services, including responsibility for the budgeted Regional Contribution and EBIDTA.
The Clinical Director position will be a combination of remote support as well as onsite support at the assigned region location as well as supporting Directors in the field as needed.
It is expected that the role will be fulfilled during standard hours of operation.

* Learn and manage systems and procedures to ensure efficient workflow across departments with prioritization support from an ED/VP.
* Work with Support Center staff to ensure that agency-wide processes and procedures are being executed efficiently to support clients and staff.
* Manage all leadership teams in the region (e.
g.
, Clinical Directors, Administrative staff, etc.
) * Drive to clinical and financial excellence through management of the Balanced Scorecard and the below key metrics.
* Ensure clinical excellence through management of clinical prescription fulfillment and case audits.
* Supervisor and direct staff retention * Family Satisfaction * Billed hours per day and average rate of reimbursement for direct 1:1 services * Ratio of supervisor to direct staff hours * Labor as percent of Revenue * Contribute to creating and implementing business development plans to increase service delivery options and revenue growth.
* Oversee regional financials; set and implement annual budget goals with support from an ED/VP * Oversee purchasing.
