Duties:
we are looking for a highly experienced Secretary to exact company's books and supervise office operation in compliance with Company's Bylaws; such a candidate must be qualified to
-Perform general secretarial and administrative tasks to function professionally
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to appropriate staff members
- Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information or assistance
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Maintain filing systems and ensure documents are organized and easily accessible
- Assist with data entry, record keeping, and maintaining office supplies inventory
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for staff members
Skills:
- must also be Proficient in using QuickBooks for records, and bookkeeping tasks
- Familiarity with medical office procedures and terminology is a plus
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain accurate records and files
- Computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail for proofreading documents and ensuring accuracy
- Experience as a clerk or in a similar clerical role is preferred
- Knowledge of dental receptionist duties is a bonus
- Professional phone etiquette with excellent verbal and written communication skills
