Well-established company specializing in high-end residential and commercial construction - strong candidates must be self-motivated, have strong communication and organization skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to prioritize responsibilities with multiple ongoing projects.
Full-time position, Monday - Friday - 8:00AM - 4PM
Job requires managing daily QuickBook information, customer payments and vendor payments.
Deposit checks and insert information to CRM & QuickBooks system, Updated customers balance.
Prepare invoice and billing to customers.
Print payments and checks for vendors & employees.
Calculate hours and prepare weekly payroll.
Charge credit cards and insert payments to the CRM system.
Manage finance & and payments plans for customers.
Filing and scanning information and forms to the system.
Must have knowledge in QuickBooks, Office programs, Excel, Word, Gmail.
Must have computer typing skills.
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN ACCOUNTING BEFORE !
-Must have good to excellent knowledge in QuickBooks.
- Insert payable and receivables.
- print checks
-Experience in handling checks to vendors .
-Assist with data entry and electronic filing.
-Process company mail
-Other administrative duties as assigned
- Experience in customer service and great communication skills
