Who we are looking for and contributions you will provide
We are currently recruiting a Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist.
You will work with a team of specialists that are responsible for reviewing and reconciling tenant payments and managing accounts.
You will be processing a high volume of tenant accounts, using our automated system.

The position is in Calabasas Ca.
This is a perfect opportunity for a strong and knowledgeable candidate.

Our ideal candidate’s Essential Functions
Responsible for ensuring accuracy and completeness of tenant records in both the accounting system and document files.
Verify and post tenant adjustment requests, reconcile tenant ledgers and review delinquency reports.
Preferred Experience
Minimum 2+ years in accounts receivable with a background in property management receivables
Experience with MS Office and prior Yardi software experience
Due to the high volume, must be able to work quickly with a high level of accuracy
Excellent organizational skills and able to exercise good judgement
Able to perform duties with little supervision

The salary range for this position is $27/hr - $33/hr.
