Staff Accountant

Cannon Sports, a premium seller of sporting goods since 1986, is seeking an experienced and motivated Accountant to join its growing team.
The ideal candidate will be professional, self-motivated, and able to prioritize and multi-task.
Cannon Sports is looking for someone with previous accounting experience and someone who is highly organized and has strong knowledge of SAP B1.
Heavy emphasis is placed on professionalism and punctuality.

*Responsibilities * * Perform full-cycle bookkeeping duties * Bank reconciliations * General ledger reconciliation * Financial report writing * Accounts payable and accounts receivable management * Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software * Ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) * Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes * Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial information and support decision-making processes * Assist with year-end audits and financial statement preparation * Professionalism in communicating with vendors via email and phone *Qualifications:* * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required * Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role * Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices * Must have high proficiency in using SAP accounting software * Experience with general ledger accounting and reconciliation * Ability to prepare financial reports and analyze financial data * Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping * Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively Job Type: Full-time Pay: $64,323.
