Accounts Payable Clerk

Consolidated Fabricators is a solid 40+ year old manufacturing company that consists of two different divisions, Building Product Division, and the Confab Steel Division.
The company has several of its own in-house steel processing facilities.
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk with manufacturing experience for our corporate office.
In this position, you will be responsible for: Processing a high volume of invoices with 3 Way match, efficiently and accurately using in house software.
Processing payments weekly via Check runs and manual checks.
Contacting vendors, purchasing or employees to ensure ordered items were received.
Researching vendor statements and professionally addressing vendor phone calls.
Maintaining vendor relationships to resolve discrepancies.
Maintain A/P files.
Work directly with Accounting Manager on any special projects.
Manufacturing experience a big Plus.
